Hilfe für die VI's.

Liebe Freunde, Verwandte, Bekannte,

wie ihr sicherlich aus den Medien erfahren habt, hat Irma heftige Spuren in der Karibik hinterlassen.

Da ich selbst knapp 2 Jahre auf St.Thomas gelebt habe, schmerzt es umso mehr.

Falls jemand etwas beisteuern möchte, auch wenn es nur ein kleiner Betrag ist, die Leute brauchen jede Hilfe. Viele haben ihr Haus verloren, oder ihr Geschäft und damit ihre Existenz.

Die Leute sind ohne Strom und Wasser, es wird eine Weile dauern, bis die Inseln (St.Thomas, St.John, etc) wieder aufgebaut sind. Das Krankenhaus ist kaputt, Patienten wurden nach St.Croix oder Puerto Rico verlagert. Der Flughafen ist beschädigt und wird hoffentlich Ende der Woche wieder geöffnet.
